NACREVERSE is committed to ensuring that every object arrives in the condition in which it was intended to be received.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Any protective materials, accessories, certificates, or accompanying items must also be returned.
To begin a return, please contact us at nacreverse.art@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Return shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as NACREVERSE cannot be responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Where the issue is confirmed, NACREVERSE will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.
Non-returnable items
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or modified after delivery
- Items returned without their original packaging or accompanying materials
- Gift cards, where applicable

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by NACREVERSE or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at nacreverse.art@gmail.com. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, it may need to be handled as a return.
European and UK customers
Where applicable, customers located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may have additional statutory cancellation and return rights under local consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
